Make that event (i.e. tie on to the wedding bouquet, graduation gift, special birthday, etc) extra special by having a handkerchief monogrammed with initials, embroidered with the date, or even a special saying.  Both of these are white cotton - there are two styles - one has a scalloped trim and the other has a lace trim.

Be sure to specify what you would like on the handkerchief and thread color , font style in the notes section.
